School Readiness Program

1. By completing an enrolment, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. We reserve
the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the Policies by posting the updated terms on our website site. If you have any questions about the Policies, please contact us directly.

2. LOCATION: All sessions will be conducted in the Set for School Studio unless nominated by Set for School.

3. ENROLMENTS:  All new enrolments and any new enrolment changes are to be made in writing and agreed to by Set for School.

4. 2023 TUITION FEES: All classes are $62 per session per child for the term paid in advance via invoice. A $100 deposit is required to hold the position.

5. PAYMENTS: Set for School Studio classes can be booked through the website www.setforschool.com.au or through email setforschoolsyd@gmail.com and an invoice will be sent at the beginning of each Term. The amount will be calculated based on the number of weeks per term. The final invoice must be paid in full 1 week before the first class begins. Payments are to be made in the Studio, or by bank transfer prior to the commencement of term. If payments are not received by the due date, Set for School has no obligation to fulfill lessons until payments are received.

6. TUITION TIMES & DAYS: Lessons will take place Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

7. DURATION: The lesson will be 1 1⁄2 hrs in length.

8. SAFE PRACTICES: Set for School will at all times apply required safety procedures. In the unlikely event of an accident, Set for School takes no responsibility for damage to students’ property or them personally.

9. COMMUNICATION: Informal progress updates can be communicated at the end of the session. However, more formal meetings may be arranged at a time outside of lesson times that are convenient to both parties.

10. ASSESSMENT & REPORTING: Set for School will conduct informal ongoing assessments during the year to assist with planning a program to cater to your child’s specific learning needs.

11. CANCELLATIONS: if you need to cancel your session, a notice of 12 hours is required. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services at the discretion of
Set for School.

12. To be eligible for a make-up lesson your absence must be recorded via email to setforschoolsyd@gmail.com with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Make-up lessons will not be granted if notice is not given.

13. Each child is allowed a maximum of two make-up lessons per term as long as notice is given as stated above.

14. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and the same teacher cannot be guaranteed.

15. Make-up lessons cannot be carried over into the next term and cannot be used during holiday-intensive periods. If you are unable to attend the scheduled make-up lesson, it will be forfeited.
16. It is a parent/guardian’s responsibility to book makeup lessons by emailing setforschoolsyd@gmail.com

Literacy Support Program

One on one tuition

4. PAYMENTS: Set for School will invoice at the beginning of the term. You can choose to pay for the full term up front or half a term.

5. TUITION TIMES & DAYS: Sessions can take place between Monday - Saturday

6. SAFE PRACTICES: Set for School will at all times apply required safety procedures. In the unlikely event of an accident, Set
for School takes no responsibility for damage to students’ property or them personally.
